I read reviews of all the footrests on Amazon and was amazed at how difficult it seemed to find a problem-free footrest. It seems like such a simple item to make. I finally settled on this one and couldn't be happier. It's solid, sturdy, and works perfectly.

I can tilt my feet back and forth, and the surface feels great. I have not tried to adjust the height. Highly recommended.

This foot rest seems very solidly built. If I had to buy again though I would go with 1 size wider so that I don't feel like I'm perching on it. But, overall, solid construction and relatively good / soft, anti-slip surface.

I'm on the shorter side and although me feet touch the floor, I find myself propping them on my trash can under my desk, on top of my computer tower, or bending them back to rest on the feet of my chair. Just a few days with this underfoot and I've noticed my legs don't ache as badly.

Very comfortable! I could lower my chair,but then my arms are uncomfortable at my keyboard. This allows me to even stretch my legs and rest them comfortably without having to slouch in my chair to find a comfortable spot for my legs. I sit straighter now because I'm not straining to move my legs to the next position.
